Amber N. Booth-McCoy

Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O.)

Amber Booth-McCoy is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas. She received dual degrees in psychology and sociology from U of A Little Rock. In addition to several professional and academic certifications, she is currently working toward a terminal degree in Organizational Leadership with emphasis in Social Justice at Adler University. She served as an internal diversity, equity and inclusion consultant for the largest academic research center in the State of Arkansas and has a decade of experience in higher education and healthcare.

In 2018, Amber expanded her efforts towards influencing culture change by founding The Diversity Booth, Inc (TDB). TDB is an innovative inclusion, equity and social justice consulting firm. TDB is experienced in co-creating sustainable, measurable, and inclusive cultures. Their diverse client portfolio includes several prominent international and national organizations.

Whether due to her eye-opening, TEDx, “Cause of Death: Kind and Colorblind”, delivered spring 2020 or her DEI-centered written works found in Forbes Magazine and other well-known publications, Amber is considered an inclusive thought-leader in her field. She enjoys traveling to deliver DEI-centered keynote addresses, motivational speeches, guest lectures, etc. in an effort to disrupt and dismantle systems of oppression.

Of all her many roles and responsibilities, Amber maintains, Mama. is by far the most rewarding and with an indescribable pay. She works zealously with the desire to see a world where everyone’s’ sons and daughters are treated equitably, and their “pursuit of happiness” will never be impeded by hate or discrimination.
